Not sure about college yet? Interested in skills-based learning?
Join Habitat for Humanity's H2° program and learn valuable trade skills that you can take anywhere.
What is H2°?
The “H” stands for Habitat and the “2°” stands for the small positive change you can make today that will have a significant impact on your future!
The construction industry offers a wide range of opportunities
• Site work
• Engineering
• Landscaping
• Architecture
• Planning
• Electrical
• Drywall
• Framing
• Roofing
• Heavy equipment operation, and much more!
Add to that all of the vendors and manufacturers that support construction and you have even more opportunities to put your new skills to work.
40% of the current skilled labor force will be leaving the construction industry over the next 10 years
Who will be ready to take these good paying jobs?
Will you?
How do I qualify?
You must be a youth age 16-24 and be enrolled in high school or a G.E.D. program or have received your high school diploma or completed your G.E.D.
To find out more, contact a local youth services provider or call the Habitat office at 503-364-6642.
