About HabiClass

 

HabiClass is a free extensive training program developed to empower Habitat Partner Families and members of the community to be more effective homeowners. Through hands-on construction training in a classroom setting, HabiClass deepens relationships among its participants.


Lessons cover a wide-variety skills and is a great resource for community members seeking to enhance their homeownership skills.


How to Join the HabiClass "Red Hat Crew"

 

Requirements: Participants are required to attend eight of 10 sessions and contribute 20 hours of building site work during HabiClass training. Following training completion, graduates commit to work one Saturday per month for six months on various Habitat building projects.


Graduation: Those who successfully complete the HabiClass program will receive a graduation certificate and a commemorative "Red Hat Crew" hat.
